About Me

Hello and welcome to my portfolio.

My name is Alina Dain and I am a graduate from the Medill school of Journalism's master’s program with experience in research, reporting and writing as well as multimedia and broadcast journalism.

I have worked as a reporter for the Medill News Service and as an intern at the Deutsche Welle broadcasting organization in Bonn, Germany where I covered science, environment, development and culture for radio, video and online.

I am seeking an opportunity that would further expose me to news reporting or to the editorial and production aspects of the media industry. As an added bonus, I am fluent in Russian and Hebrew and speak very good French and German. I hope to use my language skills as a researcher, translator or reporter.
